Everyone has been asking where we got the name Tyler Colby. Tyler was a name that J.D. and I fell in love with after we got engaged (4 years ago). We had always talked about naming our child Tyler.
Tyler is named after two of his great grandparents (Terry--J.D.'s mom's father and Teddy--My dad's father). What a lucky guy!
We absolutely couldn't agree on a middle name and since Ty came 3 and a half weeks early, we still hadn't picked one. Armed with the computer and a baby name book, we picked Colby while I was sitting on the birthing ball at the hospital.
