We told our families right away and then wanted to keep it a secret from the rest of the world until we were 12 weeks along. It's been so hard to not tell everyone.
I've also been pretty sick, very tired and achy (after all, I am currently a baby making factory 24/7), so we haven't been hanging out with our friends as much. Hopefully, the sickness is coming to a close soon. J.D. has been amazing at helping me through it and reminding me that we will have a gorgeous little munchkin soon enough. What would I ever do without him?
Our families have also been an incredible source of support. Thank you all!
To our friends that were in the dark: We can't wait to tell you next week! Hopefully now you all will begin to understand all of the times that I wasn't drinking or wanted to go home early.
At 7 weeks and 2 days, we had an ultrasound and got to see the baby's heartbeat! (and only 1 heartbeat...J.D. said "Phew" when we found out it wasn't twins!) I'll try to post that at some point soon.
This week (week 11), our baby is the size of a lime! It's incredible how fast this development happens. Check it out:

Tomorrow we have our next ultrasound. We are just so excited for every chance we get to see our baby before he/she arrives! I'll post that picture soon!
I'm crying I'm so excited/happy for you!!! You are going to be great parents. I can't wait to meet your little Moss. :)
